1 cup lychee pulp
4 cups water
Juice of two lemons
3 tbsp lychee honey
5-6 mint leaves
Lemon slices for garnishing
Crushed ice cubes
Mix together the lychee pulp with water. Add in the lemon juice. Stir in the lychee honey. Crush and add the mint leaves and ice cubes. Garnish with lemon slices. Serve chilled and beat the heat!
