Lemon infused honey (Lemon Shikanji)


Juice of one lemon
2 tbsp lemon infused honey
2 glasses water
1 tbsp cumin powder
Rock salt
Sugar, as required
4-5 mint leaves
A few ice cubes


In a bowl, mix lemon juice in water. Add the lemon honey and cumin powder. Add salt and sugar to taste. Crush and add the mint leaves. Mix well and serve chilled.
