Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
Rolling oats are soaked in water for an entire night to make overnight oats, a quick and simple breakfast or snack. We adore how overnight oats appear to maintain the integrity of the oat, assisting in avoiding that sometimes-present sticky texture in cooked versions. They require no cooking and are easy to prepare.
Also ideal for when you need to prepare a breakfast or snack in advance, particularly for those who have busy mornings.
Ingredients
½ Cup Gluten-freeRolled Oats
½ Cup Unsweetened Almond milk
Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp Apis Crunchy Peanut butter
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
¾ Tbsp Chia Seeds
Method
- Almond milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, and maple syrup (or other sweetener) should be combined with a spoon in a mason jar or small bowl with a lid. The almond milk and Apis Peanut Butter don't have to be combined entirely.
- Stir oats in after adding them. After that, press down with a spoon to make certain that all of the oats are wet and covered in almond milk.
- Set in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least six hours) to set/soak, covered tightly with a lid or seal.
- The next day, open and enjoy as is or top with your preferred toppings (see options above).
