Chicken "Sweet & Saucy"


Half kg chicken
2 table spoon ginger-garlic paste
2 table spoon honey
Salt to taste
2 table spoon oil
2 tea spoon soybean sauce Method

  • Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste, honey and soybean sauce. Keep it for half an hour.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Add oil to a non-stick pan and piece by piece fry the chicken pieces.
  • Serve hot!
