1/2 cup Muesli
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1/4 cup mixed nuts and seeds (cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, etc.)
1/4 cup mixed dried fruits (apricots, figs, dates, etc.)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
In a bowl, combine Muesli, chia seeds, milk, nuts, and dried fruits.
If desired, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
Mix well and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, serve chilled as a pudding-like consistency, topped with additional nuts, seeds, or fruits.
