1/2 cup Muesli
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup water or milk
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
In a blender, combine Muesli, diced mango, yogurt, water or milk, ground cardamom, and ground ginger.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add honey or sugar if desired for extra sweetness.
Serve chilled as a refreshing and nutritious mango lassi with a twist.
